Please read the following terms carefully before using the idncas platform. By accessing or using any part of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
Last Updated: 1 January 2026Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and idncas ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms in full, you must immediately cease using the idncas platform and all associated services. This Agreement was last updated on 1 January 2026.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process the Company requires all Users to complete before processing withdrawal requests or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. |

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the idncas Platform. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. The Company reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age, with forfeiture of any Balance in that Account.
The idncas Platform is operated for and marketed to adult players residing in Indonesia. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are accessing it from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable law as it applies to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Company does not accept liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in violation of applicable local laws.
The following categories of persons are strictly prohibited from registering or maintaining an Account on the Platform:
Each eligible person may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. Operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any Balance, and permanent ban from the Platform.
To access real-money gaming services on the idncas Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. The Company will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify the Company immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.
The Company operates a KYC verification procedure in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You will be required to submit identity verification documents prior to processing your first withdrawal request. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), a valid Indonesian passport, and supporting proof-of-address documentation issued within the preceding three months. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of request may result in your withdrawal being held pending verification or, in exceptional cases, Account suspension.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the idncas customer support team via email at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification. The Company may also close an Account at its sole discretion if it determines that the Account has been operated in violation of these Terms.
The idncas Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to Indonesian residents:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. The maximum deposit amount per single transaction and per day may vary depending on the payment method selected and your Account tier. Deposit limits are displayed on the Platform's Deposit page at the time of transaction. The Company reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time, with reasonable prior notice where practicable.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed during WIB business hours. The majority of verified withdrawal requests are completed within one to three hours of submission during standard operating hours. VIP tier members benefit from expedited priority processing. The Company reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the idncas Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any withdrawal request to a differently named account will be declined and may trigger a fraud investigation. The Company reserves the right to apply a standard processing period of up to five (5) WIB business days in cases where additional security checks are required.
All transactions on the idncas Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Platform does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any attempt to deposit funds denominated in a currency other than IDR will result in the transaction being declined or reversed at the User's expense.
Processing Note: The Company does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please consult your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a transaction.
idncas offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any additional promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for the relevant promotion; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of any remaining Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings.
The Company actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing opposing bets to guarantee outcomes (arbitrage betting); using automated software or bots; and any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where the Company determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, suspend the Account, and/or pursue recovery of any withdrawn amounts obtained through such conduct.
All Bonus Funds carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds not used or wagering requirements not met within the specified validity period will be automatically forfeited without compensation. The validity period for each bonus is communicated at the time the bonus is offered or credited to your Account.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions that materially affect existing participants will be communicated via the Platform or registered email address where reasonably practicable.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports betting markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and are subject to change at the Company's discretion. The Company reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any Account at any time, including where betting patterns suggest potential arbitrage, match-fixing involvement, or other conduct contrary to these Terms.
In the event of a software or system malfunction, any bets placed or winnings generated during the period of malfunction shall be void. The Company will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Users and restore any real-money funds erroneously affected. The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions or interruptions to game availability beyond its reasonable control.
All sports bets, including live in-play bets, mix parlay (accumulator) bets, and Asian handicap lines, are subject to the sports betting house rules as published on the Platform. Bets accepted in error — including those placed after an event's conclusion — will be voided. The Company's decision on all sports betting matters, including score confirmation and settlement, shall be final and binding subject to any documented error.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may result in the Company pursuing civil or criminal remedies available under applicable law.
All content on the idncas Platform — including but not limited to the idncas brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and underlying code — is the proprietary intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of the Company.
By using the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any Platform content or services.
The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is accessible at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, third-party service disruptions, or events of force majeure may result in temporary unavailability. The Company shall not be liable for any losses, missed bets, or gaming opportunities arising from Platform downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the User's use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Users access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk. The Company provides gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss. The Company strongly encourages all Users to gamble responsibly, within their personal financial means, and to utilize the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by idncas is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of this Agreement. By using the Platform and creating an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
The Company implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage protocols, and access controls to protect your personal and financial data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Notwithstanding these measures, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure, and you acknowledge this inherent limitation.
The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, the Company will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current governing conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision took effect. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account and cease using the Platform.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by the Company's licensing jurisdiction. The Company operates under international regulatory standards and does not represent that its services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.
In the event of any dispute between you and the Company arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. The Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes within ten (10) WIB business days of receipt. If informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognized arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
